BASICS in Milwaukee, Inc.

Since April of 2002, Almighty God has blessed Mark Mallwitz in serving Him as a "Minister to Milwaukee" through BASICS.  The three primary areas of service that the Lord has allowed Mark to participate in are:

Prayer Initiatives

• Facilitated a weekly prayer time for the city of Milwaukee for almost 5 years
• In 2005, initiated an effort to have every Milwaukee Public School prayed for weekly
• For three years was director of the statewide "Call to Prayer and Worship” at Miller Park

Outreach Activities

• Have distributed thousands of blankets and Bibles to the poor
• Worked with many different ministry leaders to organize and support outreach events in their communities
• Helped coordinate a recording of a youth CD entitled, "Good News and Hope for Youth", which was given out to over 3000 people in Milwaukee
• Coordinated 700 volunteers for the Promise Keepers rally at The Bradley Center in 2006

Partnership Development

• Coordinated bridge building between urban and suburban churches and ministries
• Networked with those with gifts and talents to help those in need
• Work alongside urban pastors and serve under their leadership

• That God be gloried by all that I do in His service
• For God’s love and protection for my wife, Lisa, and daughter, Alaina
