Nancy joined BASICS in 2004 to coordinate the work of ministries in the area of prison aftercare. She began working in the Milwaukee County Jail teaching Bible studies for the women in 1996 and felt the Lord leading her to prison aftercare. She began helping Elmbrook Church with developing a mentoring ministry for ex-offenders and before joining with BASICS, worked on the staff at Elmbrook Church as prison aftercare coordinator. Nancy is recognized and supported as a prison missionary by her home church, Elmbrook Church. |
