Church Redevelopment

Mike joined BASICS in November of 2009. He was the past Director of the Outreach Progam for The Salvation Army in Waukesha County, church redevelopment pastor for the Christian and Missionary Alliance, and church planting pastor for the Brethren in Christ. Mike has a passion to work with pastors and churches helping them realize their full potential in fulfilling God's Great Commission.

Mikes Responsibilites will include:

• Church Redevelopment
  Help churches through the process of redeveloping and revitalizing stagnant or ineffective ministries.
  
  
• Strategic Evangelism Planning
  Assist churches in the development and implementation of a dynamic strategic evangelism plan.
  
  
• The Truth Project
  Use "The Truth Project" to train and equip Christians to engage their culture through the revelation of truth found in Jesus, His Word and the Holy Spirit.

• Church Planting
  Work with churches and church planters in the process of launching healthy and effective churches.
