In 2002 God called Roger to leave his teaching career to enter into urban minitry in Milwaukee. The two things Roger enjoys are the relationships he has developed with local pastors and to diciple individuals.

His ministry focuses on the following areas-

Mentoring and Discipleship

• Mentoring men at the Milwaukee Rescue Mission
• Developed a ministry to mentally disabled men.
• Serving in prison outreach ministry and training mentors for
  Prison Fellowship

Research and Mapping

• Develop demographic and mapping studies for urban churches and BASICS staff.

Pastorial Relations and Partnerships

• Develop working and personal relationships with urban pastors.

PRAYER NEEDS:

• To always hear the voice of God and to follow HIS direction.
• Provisions to continue HIS work.
